This is a small, intentionally held 9D Breathwork retreat designed to help you step out of daily noise and return to a steadier internal rhythm. With only 12 places available, the group is kept intimate, calm and well supported.
Over three days in Ballarat, the focus is on slowing the nervous system, coming back into your body and out of constant mental activity, and creating space for regulation, clarity and integration through breathwork, sound, movement, rest and genuinely great local food.
This retreat is not about pushing, fixing or forcing change. It is about creating the conditions where change can occur naturally, with care and respect for how the nervous system actually works.
By the end of the retreat, many people notice they feel calmer in their body, clearer in their thinking and more present with themselves. There is often a sense of internal steadiness, less mental noise, and a renewed capacity to respond rather than react. The intention is not to create a peak experience, but to support a more sustainable sense of regulation, clarity and ease that can be taken back into daily life.

The breathwork journeys used throughout this retreat have been selected and sequenced with great care. Rather than choosing sessions purely for intensity or emotional release, the weekend follows a deliberate arc designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied activation, and sustainable integration.
Each journey plays a specific role within the retreat, working with the natural rhythm of the nervous system across the three days.
The opening journey on Friday evening, Self Mastery & Enoughness, is chosen to support arrival, safety and internal coherence. The focus is on settling the body, reducing mental noise, and reinforcing a sense of self-trust and sufficiency. This creates a stable foundation for the rest of the weekend, helping participants feel grounded, supported and at ease as they transition into retreat space.
Saturday morning introduces an activating journey, Full System Reset. This session is designed to gently wake the system, clear mental and emotional clutter, and bring energy and presence online in a balanced way. While activating in nature, the intention is not emotional discharge or catharsis, but clarity, embodiment and readiness to engage with the day ahead. Careful facilitation and grounding ensure the activation remains steady and integrated before moving into external activities.
Saturday afternoon shifts into regulation and integration with Integration & Regeneration, followed by Yoga Nidra. This session supports parasympathetic down-regulation, emotional digestion and deep rest after the stimulation of the morning. It allows insights to settle, the nervous system to recalibrate, and the body to restore balance, creating a sense of calm and nourishment before the evening.
The retreat closes on Sunday with Anchor to Presence. This final journey is intentionally grounding and orienting, bringing attention back into the body and the present moment. Rather than opening new material, the focus is on consolidation, clarity and self-agency, supporting a smooth transition back into daily life with a felt sense of calm, presence and internal stability.
Together, these journeys create a coherent and supportive progression. Activation is balanced with regulation, depth is paired with integration, and each session builds on the one before it. This approach allows for meaningful and transformative experiences while prioritising nervous system safety, sustainability and long-term benefit.
