By choosing a package, you save while committing to long-term benefits, ensuring a more profound and lasting impact. The initial session can be included in the package, providing even greater savings.

**Health Fund Rebates : Some health funds may provide coverage for clinical hypnosis under their extras policies. We recommend checking with your health insurance provider to determine if you are eligible for a rebate on your sessions.

At Soul Shift Breath, I offer 9D Breathwork journeys as either private 1-on-1 sessions or in small group settings. You can book a one-off session or commit to a deeper transformation through a 6- or 12-week series. All multi-session packs include free sessions to reward your commitment to the process. •  One-off 1-1 price: $150
•  One-off Group price: $75

• 6-Week 1-1 price: $750 (pay for 5 get 1 free)
•  6-Week Group price: $375 (pay for 5 get 1 free)

•  12-Week 1-1 price: $1350 (pay for 9 get 3 free)
• 12-Week Group price: $675 (pay for 9 get 3 free)

Journeys can be booked below. For one-on-one sessions, I’ll be in touch to explore what you’d like to focus on so we can tailor the experience to your needs. Group journeys follow a set theme and structure. For packages, the first session will be booked at checkout and we’ll schedule the remaining sessions together afterwards. I also offer a hybrid treatment plan that combines personalised hypnotherapy with 9D Breathwork for deeper transformation. Contact me to find out more.
